Before applying to rent, please carefully read the following requirements:

1. Rental Credit Application
   • Completely read.
   • Fill out in-detail both page 1 and page 2.
   • Sign and Return.
2. $50.00 for each person for the credit/registry reports.
3. Attach proofs of identity
   • Driver License
   • Social Security Card or other form of acceptance
   • One proof of identity must be a photo ID
4. You will be provided copies of all forms and the lease agreement upon approval of your application.
5. The application will not be processed without the correct funds and all required information and documentation.
